Legacy put new LP siding on my home, painted exterior, made shutters and did some other work. Their bid was detailed and competitive. Communication during the project was excellent. I received a phone call or a text on each step with time line. On-site supervision and suggestions to assist me in options for gutters, lighting, etc. Showed me the product on another home so I could see what the siding would look like finished. They even stepped in to finish my interior painting when the painter I hired was unable to finish the job. Quality work, great service and very professional craftsman.

This is my third newly constructed home; all built by different builders. In comparison, Legacy Home Builders rate the highest. I have a beautiful, well built, quality home. Bill and Dave truly care about the product they put on the market as well as the happiness and satisfaction of their buyers. I have a very large 6 BR home on a half acre lot. I have only had a few very minor issues/adjustments that have come up.
